Academy and Help Now
The Academy and Help Now pages do not require an account, property address, phone number, or email address. Choosing a situation in the Help Now navigator happens in the browser and is not a property submission.
Like most hosted websites, infrastructure may process routine request information needed to deliver, secure, and monitor the site. Do not submit sensitive personal information through general site links or ordinary email.
Property-review information
The separate property-review form asks for location, property type, optional condition and timing, a name, and at least one contact method. That information is used to create and protect an internal property-review record and to support authorized next steps.
Submitting the form does not create blanket consent for automated calls, texts, email, or voicemail. Communication remains subject to the applicable workflow and the contact information a person chose to provide.
Questions and requests
Privacy questions may be sent to deals@cashpropertygroup.com. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not email passwords, full account numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive material.
