Organization background

Cash Property Group is a private St. Louis real-estate investment company. It operates a separate public-learning initiative, the Cash Property Academy, covering property decisions, consumer protection, and local resource navigation.

The organization is not a government agency, lender, mortgage servicer, law firm, tax adviser, or HUD-approved housing counseling agency.

Responsible areas of comment

  • How a zero-subscription, official-data property workflow separates evidence from assumptions.
  • Designing a help-first educational pathway inside a commercial real-estate platform.
  • Transparent distinctions between listings, closed sales, estimates, and verified property records.
  • The published Academy methodology, editorial standards, and correction process.
  • The developing St. Louis Housing Stability research program and its public source registry.

Current research status

The research methodology and source registry are public. No neighborhood index or outcome report has been released yet. Please do not attribute unpublished findings, projected deal volume, or guaranteed community outcomes to Cash Property Group.
