Concerns and escalation

A complaint should not have to become a public campaign to be heard.

How to raise a concern about educational content, a property review, communication, privacy, accessibility, or conduct.

Updated 2026-07-16

What to include

Email deals@cashpropertygroup.com with the category of concern, relevant dates, the page or property reference if applicable, the outcome you are requesting, and a safe way to respond. Redact government identification numbers, bank account numbers, and unrelated private information.

How concerns are separated

Editorial errors follow the corrections process. Accessibility barriers go to product review. Communication preferences and do-not-contact requests should be treated as operational controls. Transaction or legal disputes may require qualified counsel, a regulator, a court, or another independent process.

No retaliation for choosing another path

Using a government, counseling, nonprofit, legal-aid, real-estate-agent, or other resource does not obligate a person to submit property information or continue a Cash Property Group review.
