Two responsibilities, kept distinct
Cash Property Group evaluates houses and vacant land for potential purchase. That commercial role creates a responsibility to be especially clear when an owner is under pressure.
The Cash Property Academy is the public education side of the platform. It is free to read, does not require a property submission, and directs people to independent government, nonprofit, counseling, and legal resources when those resources are more appropriate.
Our operating commitments
- Keep educational assistance separate from seller lead capture.
- Identify Cash Property Group as a private investor—not a government agency, lender, law firm, or housing counselor.
- Distinguish verified information from estimates, assumptions, and opinions.
- Withhold automatic offers when reliable property-specific evidence is missing.
- Require separate authorization for communications, offers, disclosures, and contracts.
- Correct material errors openly and date meaningful content updates.
What we are still building
The Academy’s current guides are source-checked against primary government and established nonprofit materials. We are developing an external reviewer network for legal, housing-counseling, tax, research, and community perspectives. Until a guide receives that review, it is labeled accordingly rather than presented as expert-approved.
