Do I need to make repairs?

How fast can you close?
Some properties can close in as little as 7 days when title is clear. You can also choose a slower timeline if that works better.
Do you buy inherited houses?

Can you buy if there are tenants?

Can you buy land?

Are you a real buyer or a wholesaler?
